Tactical Display Icon Editor is a 3D Modeling program that allows users to easily position icons by either changing X/Y values in textboxes or by dragging the icons on the screen. It also offers a feature called Icon Linking, which makes positioning icons easier. This program is a replacement of the old Tactical Display Editor from 2003.
